TANGLED is a fun Disney film despite it being in the cookie cutter mode of a film that is the same as other Disney films in style.   I enjoyed this Disney take on the tale of Rapunzel.   Flynn Rider is a lovable rogue and he is part of an unlikely duo with an Imperial horse who vows to catch him.   I do feel sad to what happens to the look of Rapunzel's hair at the end.

SPECIAL FEATURES:
The DVD has a Disney 50 animated features featurette which is just fluff and two original storybook openings

The Blu-ray has the most extras like three deleted scenes in sketch form and temp voices (with introductions by the directors), UNTANGLED- a very fluffy making-of featurette which also hypes it is the 50th Disney animated film and trivia time, two extended songs, teaser trailers for TANGLED, and the extras on the DVD.

FINAL ANALYSIS:   TANGLED is fun even though it is still cookie cutter Disney animated film.  I wish the film had great extras like the Platinum DVDs for older films- the extras are mostly fluff except for deleted material and teasers.
